Youth: Strength & Endurance

Our Youth: Strength & Endurance class will improve speed, agility, stability, flexibility, strength and overall athletic performance. 

  • Ages 11 - 15
  • Tuesday & Thursday 6pm
  • Classes are 50-minutes
  • Bring your water bottle!

Private Training

Get a custom fitness program for yourself based on your goals, body type and abilities. Consistent measurement of progress and nutritional guidance.
